Madhya Pradesh government has geared up to explore new possibilities of investments, availability of manpower and IT infrastructure required for the upcoming IT investments in the State. Recently, an IT investors meet focusing on Madhya Pradesh was held in Delhi. The meet was organized by PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This first of its kind initiative was taken by the newly formed IT committee of the PHD chamber.

Mr. Sanjeev Gupta shares his thoughts on IT investment in Madhya Pradesh

In an exclusive interview with SME Times, Sanjeev Gupta, Managing Director - Albion InfoTel Ltd said he feels the government today is more interested to fund SME projects and are providing all possible help and support from organization like NSIC, SIDBI, etc.

"We get direct output of investment made in our business. In next fiscal we expect to invest USD 25-30 million and hire around 150 people. By adding 150 people, we expect our revenue to grow up to Rs 200 to 220 crore," Albion Infotel Head for Finance and Strategy Sandip K Gosh said told reporters.

With time, however, for financial loan we approached a number of specialised banks and SME funding organisations."

In the last few years, cloud computing and its services have gained both interest and momentum in the business community. As IBM puts it, although cloud computing is only a different way to deliver computer resources, rather than a new technology, it has sparked a revolution in the way organizations provide information and service.

The company targets to get a revenue of 110 crore in FY 13 and 140 crore in FY 14. In FY 13, approximately 67% of revenue is projected to come from system integration business and 28% from managed service and cloud service businesses.

IT firm Albion InfoTel on Wednesday launched its anti-virus offering 'Albion Secure' and data recovery solution 'Albion DataSafe' for consumers and enterprises as it aims to reach Rs 110 crore in revenues this fiscal.

Delhi based Albion InfoTel is in the process of building its robust partner network. The company has planned to complete the building of its pan-India channel network by March 2013. Largely a cloud provider, it feels that channel plays a pivotal role in selling its products and services through the SaaS model.
